Requirements

  • Passionate about pushing the boundaries in designing and programming complex multi-disciplinary machines combining motion and vision!
  • Possess a Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical Engineering, demonstrating a strong foundation in electrical design principles.
  • Proficiency in CAD software used in electrical design, like EPLAN, with expertise in creating detailed schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings for electrical systems.
  • Experience with electrical design standards and codes, including NEC, IEC, and IEEE regulations, with a focus on ensuring compliance and safety in electrical designs.
  • Familiarity with electrical components and materials, including cables, connectors, switches, relays, and circuit breakers, with the ability to select and specify components based on project requirements.
  • Skilled in integrating control panels, PLCs, and instrumentation devices into your electrical systems for automation and process control applications.
  • Experience with electrical testing and troubleshooting techniques, including circuit analysis, insulation resistance testing, and continuity testing, with a focus on ensuring the reliability and performance of electrical systems.
  • Eager to integrate your design into the real machine, brave enough to solve the hassles that come with it, and ready to celebrate when you see it in action!
  • You are very hands-on and pragmatic. You have many DIY projects.
  • You are flexible and have no problems adapting to new plans. Designing complex machines is fun but also unpredictable!
  • You can handle pressure because, honestly, we work hard!
