  • You’re not afraid to go hands-on and enjoy sharing your knowledge with others on the team!
  • You always keep an eye on both time and budget, which is a challenge in itself. Deadlines are always around the corner!

Requirements

  • Passionate about pushing the boundaries of complex multi-disciplinary machine engineering!
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and finite element analysis tools. Experience with engineering software such as CREO, MATLAB, or ANSYS is a plus.
  • Skilled in geometric dimensioning and tolerancing and creating detailed drawings and specifications according to industry standards.
  • Proven track record of solving complex engineering problems and optimizing designs for performance and ease of manufacturing.
  • Experience with sheet metal design, stress analysis simulations, motion control, and tolerance stack-up analysis is highly desirable.
  • Familiar with product testing and validation methodologies, including defining and executing experiments, analyzing test data, and iterating designs based on test results.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, electrical, and software engineers, as well as manufacturing and quality assurance personnel both internally and at partners.
  • You are flexible, with no problems adapting to new plans. Designing complex machines is fun but also unpredictable!
  • You can handle pressure because, honestly, we work hard.
